MIXED FEELINGS

Hello again. I know I haven't really been taking care of my blog lately, nor posting any updates... Life is a little difficult right now as there are many decisions to make, people and things to say goodbye to, and general feelings of being out of place in some ocassions.

Yesterday I sent an email to 3 of my best friends: Natalia, Evon and Cristina; in the hope that they will help me figure out what my next move in life should be. I really don't know what I should be doing... I haven't the slightest idea. I don't want to go home yet, but I don't know what I want to work in, career wise.

I'm also a little confused about recent events here, but this is no platform to air them. I just know I want to finish my AIESEC career on a high so I can then move on to other things. Someone said to me today "I didn't come here, to AIESEC PR to make friends, its not the people that matter"... And I sit here and think that the whole reason I fell in love with @ in the first place, was because of our people, and that same reason has kept me here for almost 7 years... Our product, after all, is PEOPLE.

But anyway, I'm pondering the past two years in Puerto Rico. It sure has been a rollercoaster. We are handing over things to a team that has the perfect platform to build on them, and I'm sure they will. I've left my heart and soul in AIESEC PR, in its people, that when I leave here I know that what I'll be taking away with me are those faces, those hearts, that I adore.

For me, it is difficult to leave... because of my people.

Love you all!!!
